The South African Institute for Aquatic Biodiversity (SAIAB) intends to appoint a service provider for refurbishments to its storage unit (Shed). Refurbishments requirements include, Replace roof sheets and install new roof sheets, remove window and close with bricks install ceiling, plaster walls, paint ceiling and walls, remove current garage door install double door brick work above door and sides remove current floor and install new 100mm concrete floor of 55sqm and paint grey, install LED vapor proof light fittings and a double plug socket outlet upgrade electrical installation to meet current regulation and provide electrical COC.
